Output Transformers

 As I did with the mains unit I measured static resistances for each of the output transformers. The pinouts are shown in Diagram 1. The model number for the transformers is 8778.

Tx A

Pins 8 - 7 ---- 63 ohms

Pins 8 - 5 ---- 48 ohms Pins 5 - 7 ---- 15 ohms

Pins 7 - 6 ---- 76 ohms

Pins 7 - 4 ----- 20 ohms Pins 4 - 6 ----- 56 ohms

Output Coil ----- 0.4 ohms

Tx B

Pins 8 - 7 ---- 62 ohms

Pins 8 - 5 ---- 47 ohms Pins 5 - 7 ---- 15 ohms

Pins 7 - 6 ---- 77 ohms

Pins 7 - 4 ----- 20 ohms Pins 4 - 6 ----- 57 ohms

Output Coil ----- 0.4 ohms

As can be seen from the above figures the transformers are quite closely matched which can only be good.
